Responsibilities: building high-quality distribution in the Household/Hygiene region, expanding the client base, meeting goals in terms of sales volume and other performance indicators, sales development, performance control, analysis of the work of existing distribution customers, as well as potential distributors, control of receivables Knowledge and communication with key customers in the region; Analysis of the competitive environment, knowledge of the market; Analyze the effectiveness of the work of employees, take measures to improve the effectiveness of work; Management of personnel and formation of teams in the regions, development of subordinates Requirements for the candidate: 2 years of work experience in a similar position (preferably Household/Hygiene) Knowledge of sales techniques, skills in the stages of negotiations and reaching agreements, developed communication skills; Systematic, skills in organizing your work and your team; Analytical abilities, skills build cause-and-effect relationships and draw appropriate conclusions.
