Regional manager in Pethouse

My name is Olena, I am the operations director at Pethouse.

We are actively growing and developing, so I am looking for a regional manager for my team who knows how to ensure smooth, efficient operation of stores, fulfillment of planned financial indicators, work standards and wants to develop the highest quality service for our customers - both pet parents and their tailed pets.

What will be in your area of responsibility:

• analysis and sales management, production and monitoring the performance of targets, working with deviations;
• forming teams, participating in the selection, adaptation, training and development of store managers and sales consultants, organizing their work;
• employee feedback, evaluating their performance, motivation, calculating KPIs;
• ensuring compliance with an excellent level of service and company work standards in all stores;
• responsibility for the efficiency of the stores and the absence of errors;
• cost budgeting and control over write-offs, markdowns and inventories;
• participation in the launch of new stores;
• ensuring the continuous development of locations through optimizations, implementation of work regulations, technical improvements, changes in processes and other improvements.

Our ideal candidate has:

• experience of working in a managerial position offline: regional manager, supervisor, retail manager - from 1 year;
• understanding of the main retail KPIs and how operational processes work in stores;
• high level of responsibility and organization;
• orientation for results, independence and initiative;
• willingness to provide the best service to our customers at all locations;
• ability to work with a team, provide feedback;
• love for animals, care and understanding of their needs to support and develop the existing service model;
• high internal quality standards, striving for improvement and optimization.
