Regional manager in Giulia

The GIULIA company is a leading Ukrainian brand of tights, socks, underwear and clothing with its own production and a retail network of more than 85 stores throughout Ukraine.

In connection with the development of the network, we are looking for Regional manager in Lviv, who will ensure efficient operation of stores, team development and fulfillment of business indicators.
Experience in fashion retail is a must.

Main duties:

• Management regional staff, formation of an effective team.

• Setting tasks, monitoring implementation, holding meetings with administrators and store managers.

• Analysis of turnover, KRI and sales results for each store, development of measures to improve efficiency.

• Control of work standards through checklists, ratings, monitoring service.

• Solving current issues with the shopping center administration.

• Conducting scheduled and unscheduled inventories if necessary.

• Opening of new retail outlets: recruitment of personnel, coordination of registration, work with IT, accounting, marketing and financial department.

• Cooperation with all structural company divisions to ensure stable operation of the region.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail network management or regional management (from 2 years).

• Knowledge of sales principles, analytics and work with personnel.

• Ability to work with performance indicators (KPI, turnover, margin).

• Leadership qualities, responsibility, organization, communication.

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, basic CRM systems.
