PRAT "ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE" successfully works and develops in Ukraine, and is a joint venture of the world's largest brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev, as well as the largest brewing company of Turkey, Anadolu Efes. We are announcing a vacant position Keg beer sales development manager, regional Kyiv.

Main duties:

  • Management and coordination of sales processes in the ON-Trade channel of the region;
  • Execution of sales plans established by the regional manager;
  • Execution of planned distribution indicators on responsible territory;
  • Working with key customers, problematic outlets, helping senior sales specialists and territorial sales managers in negotiations, critical situations;
  • Continuous work on finding reserves to increase sales, distribution and market share of ABINBEV EFES Ukraine in the region;
  • Conducting an audit of the territory for the presence of distribution of ABINBEV EFES Ukraine beer, compliance with contract terms;
  • Leading the implementation of marketing programs in the territory. Control of compliance with the conditions of their holding;
  • Standards training and coaching with senior sales specialists, territorial sales managers;
  • Control and organization of optimal flows of keg beer at distributors by quantity and assortment;
  • Control of the planned turnover of containers in the reporting territory;
  • Control of the process of monitoring the database of retail outlets in the region;
  • Analysis actual and statistical data in the reporting area and creation of plans for further development.

Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education;
  • Skills establish and maintain internal and external contacts;
  • Good analytical skills, communication, proactivity, flexibility;
  • Experience in a commercial structure (3-5 years in the field of sales or management);
  • The presence of a driver's license of category "B", driving experience of 2 years or more;
  • Knowledge of the structure and methods of functioning of the local market;
  • A confident PC user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • The desire for self-development;
  • Knowledge of the English language at the pre-intermediate level.
