Regional Implementation Manager/ Regional implementation manager in ZEST Autsorsing

We are holding a competition for the position of "Regional implementation manager" for the team of the Coordination Center for the Development of Family Education and Child Care. 

The coordination center is a consulting body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, whose task is to coordinate the efforts of the government, international and public organizations for the development of the child care system based on global and European practices, which will meet the urgent needs of Ukraine and the long-term goals of joining the of the European Union. Main responsibilities:

• In close cooperation with the regions, identify barriers in the process of transforming the system of care and education for children.

  < /li> working groups on the transformation of the child care and education system.

• Providing assistance to regions in the preparation and implementation of regional plans for the implementation of programs in the field of family education and child care development.

• Constant interaction with united territorial communities and districts for the creation and development of services for children and families with children.

• Preparation of a training program for the development and implementation of regional plans. 

• Supporting the implementation of the training program on the development and implementation of regional plans. 

• Constant interaction with stakeholders at the regional level, as well as all-Ukrainian associations and organizations working in the field of regional development and decentralization.

• Coordination of regional plans with national ones.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: master's degree in business administration, public administration, international development and related fields.

• More than 10 years of work experience, of which at least 7 years in the field of regional development, preferably in the field of social services , or related fields.

• Proven experience in program development and dissemination of national programs in different regions of Ukraine.

• Experience in working with state bodies and public organizations and the ability to unite them around the topic of social sector development.

• Familiarity with the Ukrainian context and national policies regarding social services.

• English — Advanced/ Upper Intermediate level.

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

• Successful experience in negotiations at various levels.

• Skills in setting tasks and effectively monitoring their implementation.

• Honesty and responsibility.

• Ability to travel to regions to support program development.

• Strong communication and networking skills, including the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and establish and maintain close working relationships with various partners and contractors at various levels.

• Good PC skills, including experience with various software applications.
