Main duties of the position:

• develop and improve all HR processes and tools;
• manage the process of finding personnel for stores: under 5 personnel managers;
• work with the effectiveness of teams through the analysis of business indicators;
• provide current and future business needs through interaction with area managers;
• develop and maintain corporate culture.
