MAIN TASK:

Scaling and selling the product to the B2G sector

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Support and active development of the customer base in the field of B2G (educational sector)

  • Participation in tender procedures

  • Interaction with clients and partners (visits/on the phone)

  • Preparation of commercial proposals

  • Support and closing of deals

  • Participation in presentations and seminars 

  • Reporting and operation of CRM systems

KPI

  • Amount of sales

  • 2. % coverage of the region


BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience of work and communication with government structures

  • Experience in organizing and conducting offline/online events (presentations/seminars)

  • Sufficient presentation and business communication skills;

  • Experience with tender procurement

  • Availability of own car for trips around the work region


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Ability to use MS Office programs

  2. CRM experience

  3. Work experience in the educational sector

  4. Ability to prepare presentations


WAITING FOR THE PROBATION PERIOD:

  1. Establishing communication with administrations/departments of education in the region

  2. Creating an analysis of the market and the presence of competitors in the region

  3. Development and scaling plan in the region has been formed

  4. Proposed action plan

CRITERIA FOR PASSING THE PROBATION TERM:

  1. Attracted 30 new customers

  2. Sale for UAH 200,000


TERMS OF WORK:

  • Bonus system is working
