Regional director of the employment agency in Vekst Group

Requirements: We are here for you if you are ready: Employment agency Vekst Group is looking for an employee for the position of regional director at the company's branch in Poland, Warsaw. Organize the internal work of the Polish branch of the company. Receive reports from managers of all departments (recruiting, coordination, marketing, creative, legal, personnel, accounting). Communicate with key customers; Maintain close contact with the main board and directors of other regions; Monitor compliance with corporate principles and ethics by all departments, adhere to corporate governance standards; Organization of staff training and internship; Implement solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of the branch and its divisions; Continuous monitoring of changes in the labor market in Poland. You are suitable for us if you have: Work experience in an employment agency; Higher Education; Own systematicity and good organization of work; Communication skills ; Ability to manage a team of at least 10 people; Knowledge of the Ukrainian or Russian language at the level of a native speaker (interview in Ukrainian); Knowledge of the Polish language at the B2 level and above (checked during the interview); Knowledge of English/German/Spanish/Italian at A2 level and above (checked during the interview); Driver's license category B.
