Regional development manager for Western Ukraine. Construction industry in Uponor GmbH

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Regional Development Manager to join our team to work in project construction in Western Ukraine. The work involves business trips to the Western regions. The main responsibilities include: Searching for new construction sites. Identifying key people, conducting negotiations with them and providing proposals. Participation in tenders together with our partners. Management of interaction with customers and partners. Conducting product presentations and master classes directly at the object. Support of the object at all stages from concept to implementation. Work with appeals and complaints. Competitor market analysis. Work in CRM. Development together with a marketer and implementation of marketing initiatives for clients .Creation, support and development of the client base. Our candidate lives in the western region and has:- DEFERMENT from mobilization or is not subject to conscription.- Work experience in the construction field or in a direction related to it.- An active lifestyle and knows how to plan his working day /week/month/quarter.- The ability to competently and reasonedly defend one's own point of view.- Resistance to stressful situations.- Driver's license category "B" and driving experience of 2 years or more.- Knowledge of basic English (can understand, read and speak) We offer: Official employment and official employment Prestigious, interesting and creative work.
