We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Development Manager. The main requirements for the candidate: Experience in the field of pharmacy for at least 2 years in the position of curator, development manager, regional manager; Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and the peculiarities of its activity; Experience in the opening, development and management of pharmacies. Main duties: Communication with realtors; Control of the availability of all documentation for the object and conclusion of lease agreements; of new pharmacies in the assigned territory; Carry out geomarketing (estimation of locations, main competitors, traffic, average check, mark-up, etc.); Preparation and passing of license inspections; Control of administrative and financial and economic indicators of pharmacies (analysis of reasons for growth or decline in sales, proposals for increasing sales volumes); Constant development of pharmacies.
