Regional development manager in Dyuna-Vesta

Duna-Vesta, a national manufacturer of hosiery products, announces the opening of a regional development manager position (chain of branded stores). Main duties: search for premises for opening retail outlets, in accordance with the approved requirements and company strategy; traffic analysis, preparation questionnaires for the outlet for approval by the management, searching for new franchise partners, conducting negotiations (in Ukraine), reviewing the locations provided by partners for approval, carrying out calculations of the payback of outlets, supervising the process of opening an outlet (from approval of the location to the official opening), business trips will make up 50% of the working time. Requirements for the candidate: higher education; work experience in the field of sales (retail) - more than 2 years;; experience in managing projects for opening retail facilities, finding premises for commercial real estate; the ability to evaluate the territory and identify the financial capabilities of potential partners; experience in conducting negotiations; confident PC user; responsibility; driver's license.
