PRAT "ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE" successfully works and develops in Ukraine, and is a joint venture of the world's largest brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev, as well as the largest brewing company of Turkey, Anadolu Efes. We are announcing a vacant position Regional coordinator of the sales support department.  (the title of the position according to the staffing schedule is Leading specialist in trade equipment).

Main responsibilities:

• Keeping records and control of trade equipment in the region;
• Tracking the level of stocks of trade equipment in the warehouses of the Company and distributors; 
• Control and ensuring the delivery of equipment to the warehouses of the region and distributors for further operation;
• Interaction with Partners regarding accounting, storage and export of the Company’s equipment to trading points;
• Control of the technical condition and organization of the equipment repair process at distributors’ warehouses and trading points;
• Control of the work of the service provider for equipment repair, consolidation of their monthly reporting;
• Issue and registration of all equipment operation documentation;
• Coordination of the work of the territorial team of the sales department regarding work with trade equipment;
• Ensuring proper inventory of trade equipment in the region, signing acts of reconciliation with distributors;
• Training of the trade team;
• Ensuring timely resolution of any issues, related to the use of trade equipment;
• Coordination of all processes/projects on trade equipment in the region, close interaction with the sales team
• Control of disposal/write-off of trade equipment from the Company's balance sheet.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (economics/accounting/technical);
• Work experience at least 2 years as an accountant or economist;
• A confident PC user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, SAP);
• Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level or higher;
• Aspiration for self-development, creativity and initiative
• Analytical abilities, communication, flexibility;
• Driver's license category "B" with experience of driving a car from 2 years;
• Readiness for business trips.
