Regional coordinator of the "Mobile Medical Brigades" project in Kiyivska oblasna organizaciya Tovaristva Chervonogo Hresta Ukrayini

Requirements:

• Availability of higher education (bachelor/master)
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of project management in the humanitarian sector or development sector
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language and a sufficient level of command of the English language (from B1, oral and written).
• Adherence to the fundamental principles of the Red Cross.
• Adherence to the principle confidentiality of information.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, databases, e-mail).
• Driver's license category "B"

Responsibilities:

• Consulting on issues of coordination of all activities within the framework of the implementation of the "Mobile Medical Brigades" project
• Ensuring timely and effective implementation of the action plan for project implementation;
• Consulting on issues of effective coordination of the activities of personnel involved in the project;
• Assessment and control over the execution and implementation of the project as a whole.
• Development of regulatory documents and methodical materials necessary for the implementation of the goals and tasks of the project.
• Communication with partners of the TCHU on the organization of events and ensuring coordination.
• Organization and/or participation in events, work meetings, trainings provided by the project;
• Implementation of information support of the project in cooperation with the information department of the NC TCHHU.
• Implementation of technical support for the development and implementation of handouts within the framework of project implementation.
• Organization , conducting, controlling and providing advisory services regarding the implementation of local purchases provided for by the project budget:
• Preparation and collection of reports on activities carried out, including at the level of Regional Organizations, for their inclusion in consolidated reporting.< /li>
• Submission of reports based on the results of the completed project work, complying with the requirements of the donor and provision of advisory services for the preparation of such reports.
