Regional coordinator of the educational project (Remote) in SpivDiya zaradi Ditey

We invite you to join the team of the "SpivDiya" Charitable Foundation, namely the "SpivDiya for Children" direction, which works in the field of psycho-emotional support for children throughout Ukraine.

We are looking for a Regional Coordinator who will lead the project to create digital learning centers (DLC), as well as launch psycho-emotional support teams (PSS) in the Sumy region. The same role is open to Kharkiv and other regions. That is, three vacancies are now open.

This is not our first experience of launching teams, at the moment, 13 digital educational centers are already operating in the Kharkiv region , and now we're scaling.

What needs to be done?

• Onboarding of local coordinators and launch of new teams
• Management of coordinators: setting and monitoring of tasks, reporting, implementation of project goals , constant
• Improving operational processes
• Monitoring the quality of project implementation and working on improvement (checking quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators through offline visits)
• Conducting weekly synchronizations of coordinators, one -on-one, meetings with all team members
• Coordination of administrators and the process of centralized procurement
• Planning and control of teacher activities and catch-up services in general
• Organization of official openings of spaces
