BF "Pr"avo na protection" is looking for a candidate for the positionRegional coordinator of the direction of repairs in social institutions in the city of Kyiv (Kyiv region).

COVERAGE

The regional coordinator is based in Kyiv.   TASK

  • responsible for achieving project results in the assigned areas on time, with the fulfillment of all the requirements and features of the project application and within the agreed budget;

  • prepares planned and unscheduled reports on the project; text-decoration: none">presents the results of the project's internal and external coordination meetings;

ASKS WITHIN THE PROJECT

In cooperation with the program manager of the direction, a team of regional engineers, a senior accountant and a project managerrom:

  • develop calendar plans for work on the project;

  • establish communication with the representatives of the institutions;"> implementation, exchange of work performance statuses;

  • regularly carry out visits to objects in order to control the actual status of work;

  • analyze any deviations from the planned calendar;

  • take an active part in the implementation of project conditions; text-decoration: none">documentally accompany each stage of the implementation of works, control and agree volumes and technologies, initiate documentary follow-up of all deviations from the plan;

  • react to incidents that may occur at repair sites;

  • other unplanned actions that should improve the quality of work, prevent negative consequences and reduce losses in the event of incidents;

  • Comply with the Code of Conduct and Foundation Policies.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • preferably 2 years of work experience in international donor projects related to humanitarian aid and charity;

  • high self-motivation, independence, efficiency and the ability to meet deadlines - a must;

  • excellent analytical skills, attention to detail;

  • ability to collect information in accordance with the goals and objectives of the project;

  • the skill of preparing and writing reports;

  • excellent communication skills;

  • strategic thinking and problem solving skills;

  • readiness for local and remote business trips (up to 80% of working time);

  • own car will be an advantage.

A significant advantage will be: 

  • professional construction education;

  • reading construction drawings;

  • ability to work with construction documentation and estimates;

  • understanding of the processes of construction and repair work, consumption norms of building materials;

  • the ability to evaluate the object from the point of view of the priority necessary construction works.
