Regional coordinator, Kyiv in ANTS, GO

Recruitment is open for the position of Coordinator for the development of Network regionsANTS.

This is a key role that involves strengthening the regional network, building partnerships, supporting international community cooperation and participating in advocacy initiatives. The position combines strategic tasks and operational work — from planning and launching initiatives to their implementation on the ground. Main tasks:

• development and support of the regional network of ANTS;
• building partnerships and international cooperation for communities;
• organization of local events and support of national projects;
• coordination of regional and national advocacy campaigns;
• collection of analytics, feedback and preparation of short reports. 

Work format: part-time, hybrid (online + offline). 

Location — Kyiv. 

Requirements:

• - experience in local self-government and/or public sector; 
• - strong organizational and communication skills;
• - strategic vision;
• - readiness for business trips;
• - confident mastery of Google Workspace;
• - English - no lower than intermediate.
