Today we have a new challenge - how to work and help ensure employment in conditions of war. Therefore, we are looking for a person for the project to process applications from participants from Chernihiv and Sumy regions. The goal of the project is to support the economic stability of Ukraine, which will help internally displaced persons (IDPs) to start or restore self-employment/micro-business in their new place of residence. 400">
representation of the interests of the Organization in the region of project implementation;support of beneficiaries at all stages of participation in the project and assistance in solving administrative and technical issues;support of telephone communication with project beneficiaries, assessment of participants' applications for financial assistance for the development of self-employment;trips to places where participants carry out their business activities within Chernihiv region (Sumy online);maintaining contact with participants regarding filling out business plans for receiving financial assistance in accordance with donor requirements;signing cooperation agreements between participants and the donor, sending them to the donor;collection of primary documentation (agreement\acts) on the completion of the purchase of equipment by participants, sending to their donor;support and development of partnership with key, active and potential participants of the project, with representatives of organizations and communities.ensuring effective communication in order to fulfill project goals.collection of data for informational and analytical materials, collection of supporting documents for the conducted activities;participation in meetings and events of a local nature, which are necessary for the implementation of the project;constant analysis of the needs of the target audience by evaluating and integrating information from various sources, regular analysis and monitoring of the local situation, providing feedback on the predictable and unpredictable results of the implementation of measures and local data collection (if necessary);writing reports based on the results of the work.What is important to us:
- from 2 years of practical project administration experience, experience working in charitable organizations or previous public activity is optional, but will be an advantage;
- readiness for business trips is a prerequisite for this project
- ability to process large volumes of various information, analyze it and create reports;
- experience in conducting business activities or understanding business processes will be an advantage;
- experience in working with documentation, its verification and systematization;
- higher education;
- fluency in the Ukrainian language
- ability to meet deadlines;
- excellent communication skills;
- ability to work both independently and in a team.
- ability to work with a large number of people, possess negotiation and decision-making skills conflicts;
- attention to details, ability to work in frequently changing circumstances.
