Your main tasks will be:

• Coordination and control of all processes in accountable regions.

• Building high-quality cooperation and communication with regional leaders.

• Organizing onboarding for regional leaders and ensuring their understanding of areas of responsibility and interaction processes.

• Control of task performance by regional leaders in accordance with the contract.

• Setting up and maintaining regular management in accountable regions.

• Ensuring and controlling the event schedule for 3 months ahead, compliance with the club's event matrix and quality standards.

• Consultations of regional leaders on issues that arise during work.

• Regular completion of reports with key indicators.

• Control of the management company's obligations to regional leaders.

• Establishment of quality communication and information space between regional leaders and the management company.

• Approval of plans and budgets for the month.

• Control of the involvement of residents of the region, NPS and the percentage of renewals of season tickets, fulfillment of planned indicators.

• 2 years of experience in similar positions.

• Experience of working in business clubs or similar organizations will be an advantage.

• Experience in managing projects and teams.

• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

• Business acumen at a high level.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in planning, organizing and moderating events.
