Regional coordinator for protection issues in Rokada, BF BO

The "ROCADA" Charitable Foundation announces a competition for filling the vacancy "Manager, Regional Coordinator on Protection Issues" to work with internally displaced persons and affected population groups in the project "Monitoring protection at the community level and protection activities in Sumy region".

MAIN TASKS

• Organization and coordination of work on protection issues (Protection) in order to determine the needs of IDPs and the affected population
• Organization and coordination of the activities of case managers, monitors
• Active participation in the relevant technical coordination meetings, cluster meetings and working groups
• Managing and controlling the activities of monitoring mobile teams to collect information, feedback and complaints from beneficiaries and target population groups
• Controlling the implementation of project indicators, analysis and monitoring of project execution
• Communication with logistics team regarding procurement and supply
• Timely reporting, meeting deadlines
• Performance of other duties as necessary< /li>
• Strict adherence to humanitarian principles and standards

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of internal displacement issues< /li>
• Experience in data management and maintaining project documentation
• Ability to organize a team
• Fluent command of Ukrainian and English
• Confident user of Microsoft Office
• Other relevant experience and skills
• High motivation and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, involving a large number of people and different areas of activity, attention to detail and the ability to independently determine priorities
• Ability to make informed decisions and the ability to respond flexibly in a dynamic environment with limited time frames
• Prior experience in humanitarian or human rights organizations is welcome< /li>
