Regional coordinator, Dnipropetrovsk region in Posmishka YuA, Blagodiyniy fond

Posmishka YA Charitable Foundation invites the Regional Coordinator to join the team of the project "Smile Space - psychosocial support and case management for children and adults" in the Dnipropetrovsk region, which will provide services with:

- ensuring communication and cooperation with partners, project manager, administrators of Psychosocial Support Centers for children and adults, representatives of local self-government bodies;

- development, planning and implementation of program activities;

- preparation of regular reports;

- general coordination of work of Centers of psychosocial support for children and adults;

p>- control of the achievement of effective work results and planned indicators;

- resolution of any problems that may arise during project implementation.

Requirements for performers:

- complete higher education (master's degree, specialist);

- experience of working in humanitarian organizations, knowledge of humanitarian standards;

- knowledge of Ukrainian and English;

- strong computer skills;

- skills of analysis and information gathering;

- strong analytical and organizational abilities;

- skills of conducting group chats in Telegram;

- flexibility and the ability to learn quickly;

- the ability to calmly react to unusual situations and quickly to decide;

- the ability to quickly integrate into new processes, learn new standards and work according to them;

- the ability to work in a team and a positive atmosphere;

- stress resistance very important;

- the ability to notice strengths and weaknesses in work processes, to voice them to the project team;

- the ability to work in emergency situations;

- zero tolerance to any manifestations of violence and discrimination, compliance with ethical standards (Sexual exploitation and abuse are prohibited in all forms. The organization implements a policy to prevent sexual harassment, sexual exploitation and exposure. Procedures are regulated in accordance with the policy of ZSEN and organizational rules and regulations of the organization);
