Work in a team of professionals and like-minded people coordination of the project to ensure the achievement of its goals and objectives, to promote the protection of the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons, children, victims of hostilities and armed conflicts, and other vulnerable categories of the population Control of the state of implementation and management of project activities (CCCM, Protection, Shelter, Education, Water) Coordination of interaction project activity participants (social workers, psychologists, support staff, etc.) Organization and control of work processes Control of the work of the regional office Timely reporting, compliance with deadlines Organization of systematic interaction with state authorities, local self-government and public organizations for the purpose of consolidation of efforts Performance of other duties if necessary Strict compliance of humanitarian principles and standards MAIN REQUIREMENTS Higher educationKnowledge of internal displacement issuesExperience of data management and project documentationAbility to organize a teamFluent command of Ukrainian and English Confident user of Microsoft OfficeOther relevant experience and skillsHigh motivation and ability to work effectively with minimal supervisionConfident organizational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, with the involvement of a large number of people and different areas of activity, attention to detail and the ability to independently determine priorities Ability to make informed decisions and the ability to respond flexibly in a dynamic environment with limited time frames.
