SpivDiya is a charitable foundation that unites the efforts of volunteers, businesses, international donors and the state to help those in need. The fund works on the basis of a partner network — SpivDia Hubiv — of youth centers and active public organizations in 20 regions of Ukraine. In addition to charitable assistance, the organization offers free social services: Cooperation for Children, Cooperation Career, Psychological and Legal Services, Cooperation Entrepreneurs, etc. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Foundation has assisted more than 2,000,000 beneficiaries.” Now SpivDia is launching a new line of work, SpivDia Zdrovya. The direction will include work in the project on the implementation of the "Home Visiting" model. We are looking for 4 regional coordinators: Western macro-region, South-Eastern, Northern region, Central region. If you have project management experience, you know how to establish effective teamwork, form a partner network on the ground and strive to improve the provision of medical services in the state - this vacancy is for you. What needs to be done? Support and monitor the "Home Visiting" model; in the region; Monitor the implementation of KPI by nurses during home visits; Form and develop partnerships in the region; Communicate with the heads of health care facilities; Contribute to the coverage of the project in the local media. Our ideal candidate: Has a higher education (Bachelor's level and above) in the field of management, social work, psychology, health care, etc.; Has at least 3 years of experience as a coordinator/manager, will be an advantage in coordinating projects in the medical and social spheres; Can work in a team and establish partnerships on the ground ;Responsible and stress-resistant;Able to establish communication and cooperation within the team;Has strategic thinking, knows how to see prospects and implement them;Ready for business trips around Ukraine.Conditions:Payment based on the results of the interview;Full-time work;Hybrid work format with the opportunity to work from the office in Kyiv or Lviv; The availability of business trips.
