We are looking forRegional Coordinator, who will deal with ensuring coordination of activities at the regional level, successful implementation of projects in accordance with the assigned tasks, effective organization of team work, as well as communication between project participants, partners and beneficiaries.

What does the Regional Coordinator do:

1. Project coordination

• Plans, coordinates and monitors project implementation in the region.

• Maintains communication with partners and team.

• Conducts meetings, makes operational decisions, informs about changes.

• Interacts with the project manager and responds to requests.

• Represents the organization at events, works with the media.

2. Work with beneficiaries

• Search and registration of beneficiaries.

• Distribution of them among specialists and control of uniform load.

• Coordination of assistance in emergency situations.

3. Documentation control

• Maintains and updates databases of partners and documents.

• Checks specialist documentation and compliance with standards.

• Prepares monthly reports on indicators.

4. Logistics and resources

• Provides the team with the necessary resources.

5. Monitoring and analytics

• Collects data from the team, analyzes work efficiency.

• Prepares reports, photo/video materials.
