"Tenth of April" is a public organization that works to improve the protection of internally displaced persons (IDPs), the population affected by the conflict, by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promotes changes in legislation, involvement of communities to responding to emergencies and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and supporting their capacity, with a special focus on the most vulnerable groups.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive team player who is interested in communicating, establishing effective communications and self-development in order to protect internally displaced persons and persons affected by conflict.
TASKS AND DUTIES:
- Organizing the work of the regional office, from finding premises and organizing workplaces to monitoring the rational use of material, technical and labor resources;
- Providing direction and coordination of the activities of the regional office;
- Contribute to the proper performance of duties by employees, in accordance with their qualifications and in accordance with the project directions of activity;
- Observe and ensure the employees' compliance with the terms of the Organization's projects, internal regulations and policies;
- Conduct analysis and to evaluate the results of the regional office, to develop and implement measures to improve operations;
- To have analytical and statistical data on the needs of IDPs and the affected population of the region.
- To carry out field visits and interaction with community representatives , local authorities to study the needs and condition of the population and ensure the achievement of goals and objectives, supportprotection of the rights and freedoms of the population
- Represent the interests of the organization at the regional level;
- Perform general control and participate in the identification of premises for arrangement and further support of their provision in accordance with project tasks and approved tenders and other procedures;
- Organization of systematic interaction with state authorities, local self-government and public organizations for the purpose of consolidation of efforts
- Performance of other duties if necessary
- Strict adherence to humanitarian principles and standards
- Participate in all meetings, meetings, committees related to the implementation of the project as instructed by the Project Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education in the field of law, management (management) or other humanitarian field
- Project management work experience or relevant experience;
- Knowledge of spoken and written English;

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to travel;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Strict adherence to humanitarian principles and standards
- Ability to organize a team, maintain cohesion and a comfortable atmosphere
- Critical thinking to objectively analyze needs and benefits and find the best solution.
- Availability of own PC

Official employment, decent salary, work in a friendly and motivated environment.
Full-time employment, part-time employment is not considered.
