Vacancy: Redirection Specialist

Place of work: Dnipro (business trip in Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions)

Salvation Angels Charitable Foundation is looking for a Redirection Specialist to join its team.

Your work will have a significant impact for the lives of families who suffered during hostilities in Ukraine and need help.

Requirements:

• Developed effective communication skills.
• Ability to conduct an initial assessment of needs and risks.
• Skills of active listening and non-violent communication.
• Ability to explain complex information in accessible language.

Responsibilities:

• Receive external referrals (as a contact person) and check external referral forms.
• Enter data about external redirects in the redirect database.
• Monitor the referral database regularly for internal referrals.
• Initiate contact with persons in need of referral.
• Fill out the forwarding form.
• Connect the user services with the necessary services (phone, e-mail).
• After redirection, contact the service user/service provider to ensure that the service has been provided.
• Update the redirection status in the database.
