Your future functional:

• Performance of the daily duties of the assistant manager and support of the reception (calls, document flow, scheduling of meetings (calendar), visitors, mail, administration of meeting rooms/video conferences, personal requests of the manager, etc.).
• Consolidation and processing of data by activity area and preparation of reports in the specified format (necessary Excel skills, regular reports for field of activity - consolidation and data processing).
• Execution of the tasks of the head and management of the business line (organization of meetings of the business line once a year, ordering stationery and products for the department, orders (SAP/SRM), joint management trips, etc.).
• Secretary of the Tariff Committee.

Our candidate has:

• Higher education
• Experience as an assistant manager or other work experience (except restaurant business) from 1 year.
• Ability to work in Excel (consolidation of information, basic formulas, drawing up graphs and diagrams).
• Fluent command of Ukrainian and knowledge of the English language - average (pre-intermediate).

Openness, good communication skills, non-conflict, positive attitude, ability to analyze information, set priorities and complete tasks on time.
