Responsibilities: — Lead, mentor and train the team AND — Directly responsible for hiring for positions, Senior, TOP, C-level — Develop hiring strategies in accordance with business needs .—Optimization and recruitment process, implementation of modern programs and tools to automate the work of the team.—Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of employment practices.—Control the quality of the work of the recruitment team.—Control compliance with policies, processes and standards of recruitment.
