Recruitment Team Lead in EvoPlay

Hello! An international product IT company is looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to join its friendly team. Tasks: General: - closing vacancies in selected departments; - responsibility for personal and team performance; - search and generation of new ideas to increase the team's performance. Work with the team:- conducting meetings, 1-2-1 and group meetings with stream participants, providing feedback, adjusting work; - search and selection of new stream participants; - adaptation, onboarding, training of new employees; - distribution of tasks among stream participants, setting goals for the period;- prioritization, tracking of key performance indicators. Work with clients (customers): - building working relationships with customers from selected departments; - responsibility for team work; - providing relevant and reliable analytics on individual vacancies to customers; - trouble shooting - solving all communication difficulties with customers; reporting; - reports on stream performance. Candidate skills: - work experience in a similar position - from 2 years; - understanding of the specifics of work in the IT field; - successful team management experience; - English B2-C1;- possession of various tools for building effective recruiting processes; - systematic implementation of improvements and optimization of recruiting processes; - structured thinking and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data; - experience working in a dynamic environment; - result orientation, critical thinking, stress resistance.
