We are growing rapidly and are constantly expanding our teams. Recruiting is one of the most important functions for Futurra Group. That is why we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead who will be able to strengthen the team with good expertise and interesting experience.

What will you do:

• Management and organization of effective work of the recruiting team;
• Conducting an audit of recruiting processes and implementing effective strategies to improve the quality of the team's work;
• Building a data-driven approach in the work of the recruiting team and when submitting reports;
• Implementation of a clear KPI system and performance review for the team;
• Close cooperation with Hiring Managers to build transparent working relationships;
• Managing and closing Senior / Lead level vacancies (Product owner, C-level, Team Lead).

What you need to join us:

• 4+ years of experience as a recruiter in the IT industry and 1+ years team leadership experience;
• Successful experience of implementing and building recruiting processes from 0;
• Data-driven approach to work and experience in building a transparent system for managing the effectiveness of the hiring process;
• Intermediate+ level of English proficiency (B1)
• Broad understanding and vision of the labor market, trends and recruitment tools;
• Structural thinking and the ability to quickly make strategic decisions based on data;
• Result orientation, critical thinking, stress resistance.

Will be a plus:

• Work experience in a product IT company;
• Experience in closing atypical niche product vacancies.
