We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process to achieve team goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruitment Team Lead.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and objectives.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
