Recruitment Team Lead in EvoPlay

Responsibilities:

General:

• closing vacancies in selected departments;
• responsibility for personal and team performance;
• search and generation of new ideas for increasing team performance.

Working with the team:

• holding meetings, 1-2-1 and group meetings with stream participants , providing feedback, adjusting work;
• search and selection of new stream participants;
• adaptation, onboarding, training of new employees;
• distribution of tasks between stream participants, production goals for the period;
• prioritization, tracking of key performance indicators.

Work with clients (customers):

• building working relationships with customers from selected departments;
• responsibility for team work;
• providing relevant and reliable analytics on individual vacancies to customers;

  • trouble shooting - solving all difficulties in communication with customers;
  • reporting;
  • reports on the effectiveness of the stream.

  Wishes for experience:

  • work experience in a similar position - from 2 years;
  • understanding of the specifics of work in IT field;
  • successful team management experience;
  • English language B2-C1;
  • possession of various tools for building effective recruiting processes;
  • systematic implementation of improvements and optimization of recruiting processes;
  • structured thinking and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data;
  • experience working in a dynamic environment;
  • orientation on results , critical thinking, stress resistance.
