Work with clients (customers): building working relationships with customers from selected departments; responsibility for the work of the team; providing relevant and reliable analytics on individual vacancies to customers; trouble shooting — solving all difficulties in communication with customers; reporting; reports on the effectiveness of the stream. Skills candidate: work experience in a similar position - from 2 years; understanding of the specifics of work in the IT field; successful team management experience; English language B2-C1; mastery of various tools for building effective recruiting processes; systematic implementation of improvements and optimization of recruiting processes; structured thinking and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data; experience of working in a dynamic environment; result orientation, critical thinking, stress resistance.
