Necessary skills of the candidate: work experience in recruitment from 2 years; experience work in a managerial position from the 1st year; successful experience in team management; English language B2-C1; mastery of various tools for building effective recruiting processes; systematic implementation of improvements and optimization of recruiting processes; structured thinking and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data; experience work in a dynamic environment; orientation to results, critical thinking, stress resistance.
