Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world.

Currently seeking a  Recruitment Team Lead , a person who is really passionate about their work, follows the latest market trends and helps the business to find valuable staff in time!

Requirements:

  • High people management and leadership skills, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices: proficiency in interview techniques, candidate assessment, and providing feedback.
  • Successful prior experience in filling positions of varying complexity, including C-level roles.
  • Familiarity with recruitment ATS, Jira, Excel etc.
  • Strong communication skills and business communication proficiency
  • Flexibility in thinking and adaptability to changes.
  • Structured and analytical thinking, ability to plan and set clear goals.
  • Conflict resolution skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of English (B2 or higher).
  • Experience in IGaming niche is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the company’s needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the team.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Set clear performance expectations and KPIs, providing ongoing feedback and support for professional development.
  • Provide accurate performance analysis to the business and use this information to drive team performance.
