Hello! An international product IT company is looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to join its friendly team.
Tasks:
General:
— closing vacancies in selected departments;
—responsibility for individual and team performance;
— search and generation of new ideas for the growth of team indicators.
Working with the team:
— holding meetings, 1- 2-1 and group meetings with stream participants, providing feedback, adjusting work;
— search and selection of new stream participants;
— adaptation, onboarding, training of new employees;
—distribution of tasks between stream participants, setting goals for the period;
—prioritization, tracking of key performance indicators.
Working with clients (customers): analytics on individual vacancies to customers; - trouble shooting - solving all difficulties in communication with customers; - reporting; - reports on stream performance. p>
Skills of the candidate:
— work experience in a similar position — from
— understanding the specifics of work in the IT field;
— successful team management experience;
— English language B2-C1;
— possession of various tools for building effective recruiting processes ;
—systematic implementation of improvements and optimization of recruiting processes;
—structured thinking and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data;
—experience of working in a dynamic environment;
- result orientation, critical thinking, stress resistance.
