We are looking for an experienced recruiter with management experience who will take on the role of leader in a team of experienced recruiters at a mil-tech company in Kyiv.

Your duties in this position will include:
Managing the recruiting team: goal setting, workload distribution, 1:1 and performance?reviews, mentoring and competency development.
Process building and optimization: funnel design/update, communication standards, automation in ATS/CRM.
Stakeholder?management: regular meetings with recruiters, candidate profile matching, expectation management and feedback.
Analytics and reporting: monitoring key metrics (time?to?hire, time?to?submit, offer?accept, pipeline health, cost?per?hire), preparing weekly/monthly reports.
Employer branding and sourcing strategies: campaign initiation, community/university partnerships, referral programs, event participation.
Quality of hire and candidate experience: NPS of candidates/hirers, interview standards, control of legal/compliance aspects of job offers.
Recruiting experience for vacancies in food companies.
Experience closing middle-senior/lead roles.
ATS/CRM management practices (Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Workable or others), mastery of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
Strong process analytics skills: work with the funnel, SLA, A/B hypotheses in sourcing, building dashboards with KPIs.
Communication and facilitation: interaction with management at different levels, conflict and change management.
Will be a plus: experience in launching referral programs and employer branding.
