Recruitment Team in SKELAR is:

— Ability to connect any tools for searching and attracting candidates. p>
What challenges await you:
— Management of a team with approximately 5 n-1;
—Implementation of growth-hacking solutions to improve recruiting efficiency;
—Cooperation with hiring managers regarding job openings, assistance in determining the ideal candidate portrait, collection all necessary information;
—Development and implementation of candidate search strategy (from junior to top management roles);
—Work with ATS (BreezyHR), analytical dashboards, automation tools;
—Extension networking and creation of candidate talent pools, headhunting.
What is important to us:
— 4+ years in Talent Acquisition, of which at least 2 in a management role;
— Experience in successful management of a team of 5+ people;< br/>— Opportunity to visit the office in a smart hybrid format in Kyiv;
— Experience working in an IT environment and understanding the specifics of searching and hiring IT specialists. Knowledge of the market and trends in the industry;
— High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
—Upper Intermediate English level;
—Experience in a product company and understanding of the product approach to recruiting will be a big plus.
