Responsibilities: General: closing vacancies in selected departments (the administrative block may include, for example, vacancies for cleaners, office managers, drivers, electricians, architects, etc.); responsibility for personal and team performance; search and generation new ideas for the growth of team indicators. Work with the team: holding meetings, 1-2-1 and group meetings with stream participants, providing feedback, adjusting work; searching and selecting new stream participants; adaptation, onboarding, training of new employees; distribution of tasks between participants stream, setting goals for the period; prioritization, tracking of key performance indicators. Work with customers (customers): building working relationships with customers from selected departments; responsibility for the work of the team; providing relevant and reliable analytics on individual vacancies to customers; trouble shooting — solving all difficulties in communicating with customers; reporting; reports on the effectiveness of the stream. Wishes for the candidate: work experience in a similar position - from 2 years; understanding of the specifics of work in the IT field; successful team management experience; English B2-C1; proficiency in various tools for building effective recruiting processes; systematic implementation of improvements and optimization of recruiting processes; structured thinking and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data; experience of working in a dynamic environment; orientation to results, critical thinking, stress resistance.
