Responsibilities:
General: strong>
closing vacancies in selected departments;
responsibility for personal and team performance;
search and generation of new ideas for increasing team performance.

Working with the team:
holding meetings, 1-2-1 and group meetings with stream participants, providing feedback, adjusting work;
search and selection of new stream participants;
adaptation, onboarding, training of new employees;
distribution of tasks between stream participants, setting goals for the period;
prioritization, tracking of key performance indicators.
Working with clients (customers):
building working relationships with customers from the allocated departments;
responsibility for team work;
providing relevant and reliable analytics on individual vacancies to customers;
trouble shooting - solving all difficulties in communication with customers;< /p>
reporting;
reports on the effectiveness of the stream.
Wishes to the candidate:
work experience in a similar position - from 2 years;
understanding the specifics of work in the IT field;
successful team management experience;

English language B2-C1;
possession of various tools for building effective recruiting processes;
systematic implementation of improvements and optimization of recruiting processes;
structured thinking and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data;
experience working in a dynamic environment;
result orientation, critical thinking, stress resistance.
