Our client - the Swiss company Pflegehilfe Schweiz AG, operating in the care industry, is a family business looking for another team member in Poland for the position of Recruiter for the elderly. The projects do not concern mass recruitment. High quality and appropriate selection of employees employed permanently under an employment contract in Switzerland distinguish our client.

WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:

• Min. Good knowledge of German B2 (orally and in writing),
  
• Good/very good knowledge of MS Office,
  
• Professional experience in recruitment,
• Knowledge of the care industry in working with older people and seniors will be an advantage,
• Practice in using CRM is welcome,
