Our client - the Swiss company Pflegehilfe Schweiz AG, operating in the care industry, is a family business looking for another team member in Poland for the position of Recruiter (m/f) for older people. The projects do not concern mass recruitment. High quality and appropriate selection of employees employed permanently under an employment contract in Switzerland distinguish our client.

WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE

• Min. Good knowledge of German B2 (oral and written),
• Knowledge of MS Office at a good/very good level,
• Professional experience in recruitment ,
• Knowledge of the care industry in working with the elderly and seniors will be an advantage,
• Practice in using CRM is welcome,
• Positive attitude,
