Key tasks: active search and recruitment of personnel for the Bank's Regional Network; interaction with internal customers: removing the position profile , providing feedback, supporting the adaptation process of "newcomers"; participation in HR projects of the Bank; monitoring and analysis of the labor market; Experience and qualification: higher education; work experience of 1 year in the banking/financial sector (required); successful experience in recruiting ;experience in personnel adaptation and assessment; ability to work with professional social networks; excellent knowledge of modern methods of attracting personnel; professional qualities: flexibility in communication, independence, the ability to be effective in multitasking mode.
