Main responsibilities: Ensure high-quality and timely closing of company vacancies; Conduct interviews and assessment centers with potential candidates for vacancies; Coordinate the interview process with line managers, participate in the discussion of candidates; Analyze Internet sources and mass media as possible sources of attraction of candidates; Coordinate the conclusion of contracts for the provision of services and work under concluded contracts; Participate in activities to attract and select candidates for global and local internship programs; Prepare established reporting on job vacancies and closed vacancies; Participate in the organization and holding of fairs vacancies and other events for the development of the Employer Brand and the promotion of the Employee Value Proposition; To conduct training on recruitment skills for line managers. Requirements: Higher education; Work experience in the field of recruitment for at least 2 years; Skills in conducting interviews, recruitment and assessment of personnel; Knowledge of planning and recruitment methods; Excellent communication skills; PC skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint); Knowledge of English at least Intermediate.
