Recruitment specialist, recruiter in Gaydukov R.A., FLP

The Company is looking for a recruitment specialist who will provide offices across Ukraine with qualified personnel in accordance with the Company's procedures and policies, maintaining a positive candidate experience. As part of the HR team, the recruitment specialist will actively participate in ongoing HR projects. He/she will also support orientation activities for newcomers. 

• Organization of the entire cycle of the recruitment process (external and internal);
• Evaluation and support of candidates (selection, interviews, negotiations regarding admission to work);
• Active participation in running the internship program in the company (cooperation with universities and student organizations, support of all stages of recruitment and evaluation of candidates);
• Coordinating the process of adaptation of newcomers in accordance with the created program.
