What we expect from you:
- Successful experience in personnel selection;
- Experience with job sites, Linkedin;
- Experience in personnel selection with the involvement of additional sources of selection (targeted advertising, social networks, other) will be an advantage;
- Experience in closing mass recruitment vacancies and recruitment for office and management positions;
- Experience of cross-functional interaction in large system companies will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of MS Office, preferably 1C ZUP;
- High level of communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Skills of planning and organizing activities;
- Proactivity, result-oriented.
What will you do in the Company:
- Selection of personnel, support of all stages of selection;
- Using various techniques for actively searching for and attracting candidates;
- Conducting telephone interviews;
- Controlling the results of interviews with the manager, providing feedback to candidates;
- Adherence to deadlines for closing vacancies;
- Maintenance of candidate database and reporting;
- Conducting an exit interview.
Working schedule: 5-day work week, weekend — Saturday, Sunday.
