Recruitment specialist (recruiter) in NDA Recruitment

We are looking for an active and responsible recruiter who will help us find and attract the best specialists to the team. This is a role for a person who likes to communicate, knows how to see potential in candidates and knows how to convey the meaning of the vacancy to the candidate.

NDA Recruitment is a recruitment agency looking for motivated specialists for IT, no-tech and military companies.

Your tasks:

• Coordinating requirements for candidates with department heads;
• Writing and posting vacancies on job sites;
• Select resumes, conduct initial calls and short interviews. Submit candidates for approval to department heads;
• Collect and form a package of candidate documents for further verification by the security department;
• Maintain a database of candidates;
• Carry out support for the candidate until the moment of starting work;
• Form short reports regarding hiring results.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting would be an advantage, but willing to consider a person without previous experience for training;
• Attentive, organized, responsible;
• Able to make decisions and bring things to a result;
• Owns basic Google tools (sheets, documents).
