HALO Trust is the world's oldest and largest humanitarian demining organization. HALO is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious organization headquartered in the UK. We clear areas of landmines and other weapons, namely cluster bombs and ammunition, small arms stockpiles and improvised explosive devices (IEDs). HALO has about 10,000 employees in 30 countries and regions of the world. We lead efforts to protect lives and restore livelihoods for those affected by conflict. HALO has been working in Ukraine since 2016, carrying out humanitarian demining operations and activities, namely activities for surveying, demining and informing about the dangers of mines and OED. Currently, the program has more than 1,500 employees. The main operating office is located in the city of Brovary.

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we invite to our team a Specialist in personnel selection (line staff + mass recruitment) in the personnel management department. >

Functional duties:

  • Processing and selection of applications and reviews;
  • Making phone calls to candidates, invitations on meetings, interviews;
  • Conducting interviews with candidates, mass selection;
  • Processing and entering information about candidates into the database;
  • Working in the People Force HRM system;
  • Feedback to candidates;
  • Processing interview results, maintaining internal documentation;
  • Maintaining electronic correspondence in English and Ukrainian languages;
  • Participation in presentations and meetings in accordance with informing and spreading the Organization's brand;
  • Maintenance and timely submission of internal reporting;

 < /strong>  Requirements for a candidate for the position:

  • Minimum experience as a recruiter, including mass recruiting - from 2 years;
  • Basic higher education without requirements for the field of education, additional courses and professional training will be an advantage;
  • Excellent working skills in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook ;
  • Proficiency in English not lower thanA2< /u> (communication and correspondence);
  • High communication skillsno ability;
  • Working in a team to achieve a common result;
  • Readiness for large volumes of work;
  • Readiness to implement and expand corporate culture;

  • Learn quickly and be able to work in multitasking mode.
