Recruitment Specialist (non tech) in Gravity

What you will do:

• Active participation in closing vacancies in various directions: 90% buying and affiliate direction; the rest: IT, admin, finance, design ect;
• Managing the full cycle of recruiting starting from the hiring manager's request, to conducting negotiations, regarding the offer for the candidate and conducting the onboarding on the first working day;
• Working with job sites, social networks and other sources for searching for candidates;
• Maintenance and filling of the base in the recruiting ATS (Hurma);
• Close cooperation with hiring managers;
• Market analysis: candidates, companies and their terms, remuneration level;< /li>
• Searching for alternative methods of finding and attracting candidates;
• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Reporting on work results.

What is important to us:

• Experience in recruiting for 1.5-2 yearsin niches: gambling, betting, dating, igaming, OF, etc.;
• Maintenance and successful closing of vacancies in the areas of: buying and affiliate;
• The ability to evaluate a candidate by the method of interviewing on competencies and using other methods, not by feelings;
• Skills for building relationships with hiring managers and candidates for a long-term perspective;
• Work experience with: recruiting ATS, TaskTracker, Google Sheets;
• Sourcing skills: boolean queries, sourcing in TG publics, using non-standard search channels.
