What you will do:
- Active participation in closing vacancies in various directions: 90% buying and affiliate direction; the rest: IT, admin, finance, design ect;
- Managing the full cycle of recruiting starting from the hiring manager's request, to conducting negotiations, regarding the offer for the candidate and conducting the onboarding on the first working day;
- Working with job sites, social networks and other sources for searching for candidates;
- Maintenance and filling of the base in the recruiting ATS (Hurma);
- Close cooperation with hiring managers;
- Market analysis: candidates, companies and their terms, remuneration level;< /li>
- Searching for alternative methods of finding and attracting candidates;
- < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Reporting on work results.
What is important to us:
- Experience in recruiting for 1.5-2 yearsin niches: gambling, betting, dating, igaming, OF, etc.;
- Maintenance and successful closing of vacancies in the areas of: buying and affiliate;
- The ability to evaluate a candidate by the method of interviewing on competencies and using other methods, not by feelings;
- Skills for building relationships with hiring managers and candidates for a long-term perspective;
- Work experience with: recruiting ATS, TaskTracker, Google Sheets;
- Sourcing skills: boolean queries, sourcing in TG publics, using non-standard search channels.
