How exactly you can influence the development of the company:
• ensuring high-quality and timely hiring in Operation Direction ( Ukraine and other countries). .p.
• building and establishing business contacts in a professional environment for the possibility of attracting the necessary specialists
• determining optimal search paths, finding non-standard and effective ways of hiring perfect match candidates
• research and market analysis of work
• participation in projects to increase staff loyalty, intra-corporate work
• participation in other HR projects of the company
• participation in the development of the employer brand on the labor market

Challenges for 3 months:
• familiarization with recruiting processes
• hiring perfect match candidates according to the agreed deadlines in Operation Direction
• research and analysis of labor markets (if needed)< br/>• ensuring the timely recruitment of personnel for the release of the product to new countries (if needed)
• searching for new and non-standard methods of sourcing and selection

To achieve results, you will need:< /strong>
• experience in recruiting non-tech specialists (Customer Care Specialist, Customer Experience, Incident Specialist, Operation Manager) from 5 years
• successful experience in closing mass recruitment vacancies
• successful experience of closing vacancies for managers of customer support
• mastery of modern hiring practices
• use of non-standardx tools and resources for the search of specialists
• successful use of all necessary methods and tools of personnel selection, in order to achieve a high-quality and fast result
• developed skills of hunting and strategic communication
• ability to work in multitasking mode
• orientation to the result, analytical abilities
• English Upper-Intermediate+
• experience of working with various markets (Ukraine, Europe, countries of the Caucasus, etc.) will be an advantage

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your own work schedule, however, to be efficient,
we have mandatory joint working hours - business hours, with 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off on your birthday as a company gift
• day off for blood donation
