Our employee in this position:

• Participates in job briefings, captures role requirements, uses briefing results as a basis for conducting searches
• Interprets recommendations in the search strategy, using all available talent resources, posts vacancies on job portals and social networks
• Responsible for the selection of resumes, conducting telephone interviews, providing feedback to candidates
• Responsible for the mass recruitment process, screening the incoming stream, conducting initial interviews with candidates
• Monitoring the progress of vacancies and creates a database and talent reserve
• Analyzes the labor market and conditions of competitors
• Responsible for the quality of the collected information and recording it in recruitment systems
• Supports the process of registration of candidates, controls the collection of documents for verification, preparation of offers and letters

We invite for an interview if you have:

• Proficiency in Excel, Office 365 at the level of a confident user
• Basic understanding of approaches to hiring employees
• Orientation on results, critical thinking, adaptability
• Possess modern methods and tools of recruiting
